About Matthew

With over fifteen years of experience across APAC, North America, and the Middle East, I’ve helped startups and enterprises design products that connect deeply with the people who use them.

My work blends UX strategy, research, and journey mapping to create simplicity from complexity to help teams understand users, align on vision, and make confident meaningful product decisions.

I am highly experienced working directly with design, product and engineering teams to bridge communication and create shared understanding. From journey flows to database structures, I can easily move between creative and technical spaces to make sure ideas translate smoothly into reality.

Beyond product work, I’ve mentored dozens of designers and product professionals, helping them grow into thoughtful, user-centered leaders.

I also co-organized events in the San Jose Bay Area that brought together more than 4,000 members, with regular sponsorships from TEKsystems, Zoom, and Sketch. Building a community that values growing together.
